We managed a store-level rollout of a new unit direct from display manufacturer to over 1,200 grocery store locations across the U.S. to meet a specific install date;

• Over 700 units shipped via 21 truckloads and cross-docked for regional LTL delivery.
• Other modes used based on delivery window; air freight and direct LTL.
• We managed install adjustments due to manufacturing delays.
